PUCK

“The Mischief Maker”

The Puckster is a spirited young Arab cross dealt a rough hand in life. Born to a beautiful mother, he began to show physical issues early, but there was no proper care, and even what there was, declined. Puck saw his mother and many others pass from starvation, before he was rescued as part of a larger cruelty case. He arrived at Rosemary Farm with anger issues, food possession issues, was an intact stud colt (contrary to initial reports) and had a bad case of lordosis.

What is lordosis? It is a medical curvature of the spine, so the young Puck, who is steel grey, looks like a very old, worn out horse. With this condition he was destined to never be a riding horse, but fortune smiled upon him and Puck landed at Rosemary Farm, where he is loved fully for who he is. Puck can run and play and sass and live his life, and being ‘differently abled’ does not stop him from being a horse. A young adult now, he is happy and mischievous, with a small herd of horse friends. What a lucky boy!

Puck is the horse we all love to be around!  Sponsor Puck today to make sure he has whatever he needs in life!
