The Board of Directors
Anna and Glory
Anna Clepper
President & Treasurer
Anna has been part of the Rosemary Farm Board since 2016, serving as a Board Member, Vice President, and currently as our Board President and Treasurer. Anna brings a valuable mix of business and non-profit experience to the team. Horses have been part of her life off and on for years – she showed American Saddlebreds as a child, reconnected with horses after a 20-year gap when she got involved in limited distance Endurance Racing as an adult, then reconnected again when she followed Rosemary Farm on Facebook and came for a private tour. While Anna doesn’t own any horses of her own, she has Staydopted™ Glory, an American Saddlebred mare she met on her very first visit. Outside of Rosemary Farm, Anna resides in Austin, Texas, and after a 25+ year career in the software industry, is now a business advisor and consultant.
Marley and Weston
Marley Rabstejnek
Vice President
Marley joined the Rosemary Farm Board in 2020 and currently serves as our Board Vice President. A successful businesswoman, Marley brings an entrepreneurial drive and strategic thinking to the team. Marley first found Rosemary Farm on Facebook, and realizing it was a short drive from her weekend house in upstate New York, quickly joined a summer tour and subsequently became a volunteer. On her first visit to Rosemary Farm, she met a new intake named Harper and fell in love. Marley now Staydopts™ Harper and brings her treats on a regular basis. Having grown up with horses, Marley competed in 3-day eventing until she then left the sport to pursue her education and her love of art. She has owned her own company as an independent Chinese art dealer and appraiser based in New York City for the past 18 years.
Micki with Dustin & Harry
Mickel Maulik
Secretary
Micki has been a Rosemary Farm Board member since 2018 and current serves as our Board Secretary. Micki first came to know Rosemary Farm nearly a decade ago and was an early volunteer and staff member. A life-long animal lover and former barn manager, Micki brings a perpetual positive outlook and a go-getter attitude combined with applied knowledge of the equine industry to the team. Micki and her husband recently moved to a property with enough space for horses, which gave her the chance to adopt two of her favorite Rosemary Farm geldings – Hamlet (aka ‘Harry’) and Dustin. Aside from the work she does supporting the Sanctuary, Micki has worked in the Nursing field for 33 years and is honored to be able to care for our Geriatric population.
Sascha and Jinx
Sascha Piascik

Sascha has loved horses for more than 40 years, becoming more interested in equine rescue organizations about 15 years ago. Today, Sascha has five horses at home in Connecticut, three of them – Jinx, Gypsy and Bella – adopted from Rosemary Farm. When she’s not helping the Sanctuary, Sascha is helping others through her 25 year career in social work.
