Private Tours
Can’t make one of the scheduled dates, or just prefer a small personal group visit? Book a Private Tour!
Private Tours may be scheduled for a small group of up to 8 people. Tour pricing is based on the number of participants as follows:
1-2 friends and/or family $100
3-4 friends and/or family $175
5-8 friends and/or family $250

A Private Tour follows the route of a public tour, but allows for additional interaction and flexibility. A private tour may also be a good choice for seniors or limited mobility friends who prefer to spend the time in just one barn, enjoying a single group of horses, with less walking. Please share any special needs!
Private Tours must be arranged and paid for in advance, in order to reserve a Tour Guide and ensure the Sanctuary is accessible (other tours, farm events or vet days may conflict with your requested time).
How to Schedule a Private Tour

Contact Rosemary Farm via email (info@rosemaryfarm.org) or by phone at 607-538-1200 to inquire about the requested time slot (day/time). Tours are 90-minutes and guests should arrive 15 minutes early to complete any check-in forms. Be sure to consider travel time to The Sanctuary in planning.

Get confirmation of your tour time. Rosemary Farm has several trained Tour Guides, one will be booked for each tour.

Submit payment via the link! Once a time slot is paid, it is reserved and held! There will be no further communication unless there is a concern about weather (or other surprises, this is a working farm!) Additional details are on the booking page and in the payment confirmation.
Group Tours
Are you an organization, club or larger group of friends wanting to visit Rosemary Farm together?
Rosemary Farm can accommodate groups of up to 8 to 15 people for a private 90-minute walking tour of the Sanctuary. Group tours are $350 paid in advance; school and educational organizations receive a discounted rate of $275.
Group tours must be arranged and paid for in advance to ensure a Tour Guide is available and there is no conflict with other Sanctuary operations.
