A magical sanctuary for horses in New York, one of the largest in the Northeast, home to nearly 100 equines, rescued and protected for life.
At Rosemary Farm Sanctuary, the horses live in dynamic natural environments, in herd groups, creating vital bonds that are honored and protected.
“Sanctuary” is the primary essential quality offered to every equine welcomed. When they arrive here, they are home. Rosemary Farm currently cares for ~100 equines, placing a few for adoption when it is right for the horse, keeping most in Sanctuary for life.
In addition to being an equine rescue, Rosemary Farm educates horse owners and the general public about the deplorable conditions that many horses suffer, and how they can improve both the physical and emotional guardianship of horses.
