Update; Nov 2015, ADOPTED!

One of our LARGest horses, biggest challenges and biggest successes for 2014 was this beautiful horse we named Shiloh. A shire/tb cross, he was suffering from a life threatening leg wound that had been festering for a long time before he arrived at Rosemary Farm.

Soon after arrival he was sent for surgery, in a cast, then lay up, stall rest, more surgery, more stall rest, then hand walking, then limited turnout, re-training, and finally, becoming a normal horse. Each of these words could be the title of an entire book chapter.

During recovery…

Shiloh continues to progress with a foster family and when we are ready we will present him for adoption.
